Homemade Italian Gnocchi
Gnocchi has been a fixture of Italian cuisine since being introduced in the 1700’s and consists of potato dumplings that go well with red sauce, butter sage sauce, sweet sausage or creamy white sauce. You will be learning the classic techniques to form these timeless dumplings.
Your experience begins with creating a luscious Tricolore Bruschetta, The grand finale consists of a decadent Easy Quick Tiramisu that is a true treat for your tastebuds which you will the taking home!

Saturday / August 25th
9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
– Make Bruschetta for an appetizer which we will enjoy!
– We will be making a quick red sauce to be served over our gnocchi
– Learn to make and cook gnocchi (we will be eating for lunch)
– Assemble Quick and Easy Tiramisu for take home
$75.00 per person + $15.00 material fee

About the Artist:
Jana began her culinary career in the same manner as many do. She was born into it! Her Italian grandparents and both of her parents loved to cook! An early exposure to great food sparked a passion that continues to this day.
She trained at Zona Spray Cooking School, an accredited cooking school in Hudson, Ohio. Her training lead her to a position in the cooking school. She worked along side many professional chefs that taught at Zona Spray Cooking School, including Michael Symon (The Chew).
Her love of food, cooking and healthy eating lead to a 21 year personal chef/catering business. She has since retired from her catering business, but the love of food has lead her to sharing her knowledge in a classroom environment.
